This morning I did a lot of difficult things... most of which were part of my latest karate grading.
I think we got away with fewer push-ups than usual... either that or I'm just stronger than I was.
Anyway, I passed, so as well as a very sweaty gi I now have a yellow belt to tie round it. I will wash the former but not the latter tomorrow.
In the afternoon I was back for more and had a go at learning pinan sono ni kata and seido sono ni kata. Almost melted my brain: so much more tricky than the kata I already knew!
